My old Bernina from 1985 is running flawlessly again, she's just purring where I previously had no fun at all with incorrect bobbin thread tension, loose stitches and other squabbling. Even after an overhaul at Bernina itself 10 years ago, she didn't sew as well! Thumbs up, a real recommendation!

The sewing machine was repaired and serviced there - and is now working perfectly again! Thanks for that!

Mr. Rezazadeh gave me very friendly and professional advice over the phone.

The repair was then even cheaper than the cost estimate, since he could still repair the engine and did not have to replace it.

The processing with dispatch as well as return dispatch and telephone consultation ran flawlessly and uncomplicated. I can only recommend!

In October 2016 I brought my Necchi (I could buy it at Aldi) to Nah Nah. A month later, thanks to a tip from Mr Rezazadeh, 50-year-old Bernina, who had been unused in the cellar for 20 years. (I had long since written them off). Both times I was allowed to watch the inspection / repair and have been a fan ever since. I am very satisfied with both the machine and the advice given over the phone and I can only warmly recommend this shop.
